SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNS:
If you received the incorrect product or are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please follow these steps.
Contact G2 Products at 561 596 2085 during normal business hours (9am to 5pm EST) or submit an email inquiry. You will be provided with an RMA number. Write the RMA number on the shipping carton and on a copy of your invoice. Repack the items in the original shipping carton (if possible). If you do not have the original shipping carton, please use a suitable carton to ensure safe return of the products. DO NOT ship via expedited delivery such as UPS 2 Day or Overnight delivery, Fed Ex or Express Mail.
Important: If your order was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and notify Customer Service immediately during business hours or email us. We will contact the delivery company for inspection.
Returned items (unless damaged during shipping) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING:
Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 36 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped from Jupiter, Florida via ground delivery, unless otherwise specified. You are provided with several options to expedite delivery of your order at an additional charge. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete home or business address for shipping. Expedited orders require a phone number.
